This Sportsmobile van conversion is perfect for traveling, camping, weekend mountain biking trips or just escaping the area if things start to go bad in the cities. The camper van is a four-wheel drive built in a high-top Mercedes Sprinter Van. The van features a 3.0L V6 engine that gets great fuel economy (between 17-25 MPG). The diesel tank fuels the vehicle, water heater, and air heater.
There is an enclosed shower and a marine toilet which makes it so nice to be comfortable on the road or off the grid plus a refrigerator to keep groceries cold. Water if used modestly will last 3-5 days. There is a water hose faucet in the garage area of the vehicle to wash your dog's muddy paws off, a surfboard or anything else needing rinsed or just take an outdoor shower. The kitchen faucet also pulls out and can be used outside the van as well.
This recreational vehicle is owned by my father who lives in Oregon, but he left the RV with me in North Carolina because of a family emergency. My father is selling the vehicle due to not having enough time to use it due to family health issues. This van has many upgraded features including the Moab modular bed system which allows for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 kids to sleep comfortably in this van. This van has barely been used and is in pristine shape. Mercedes stopped making the 4x4 vans a couple of years ago, so it is difficult to even find a four-wheel drive van conversion. If you could find a 4x4, you would have to wait over a year or two to get it built by one of the conversion companies.
