Your Customer Service said that I would be able to, but that wasn’t true. I contested the $39.95 charge. They denied it, so I went in and paid $39.95. My next auto pay took off my monthly charge less the $39.95. At some point, it was charged to my account. @Xfinity

@Xfinity As a customer who hasn’t had Xfinity in two years, I should not have been given the opportunity to self install. It was never going to be some thing that I could do myself without a service call to fix the outside wires.

The issue is, we are happy with the Internet and cable service. It’s your billing and Customer Service that stinks. If they told me upfront that I would need a visit because they had to work on the wires, I would have said OK and paid the $39.95. @Xfinity
