What does "no fuse" mean on a Dodge Caravan? ›

Hi Timothy, The "no fuse" message on the cluster DIC usually indicates an issue with the IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuses or a problem with the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). Since you've already checked the IOD fuses and they are good, the issue might be related to the TIPM.

The IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse supplies voltage to many accessories and/or components that MUST receive power with the key off. At this time, I recommend to run an Parasitic Draw Test to determine what is causing the draw.
