My name is Daniel Hemsley. I was born and grew up in Chesham and became an Estate Agent in
2006 and have always covered this area. I still live in Chesham with my 6 year old son who goes to
school locally and we both consider ourselves very much a part of the community. I have a vast bank
of knowledge about the town and its surrounding areas and most importantly its assets that draw
people into the area. I enjoy sharing this knowledge with clients new and old and of course with
potential buyers.
Why am I sharing this with you? With 16 years of property experience in the HP5, 6 & 7 areas I have
just started my own Estate Agency business because I am passionate about great customer service. I
feel this is one of the most important parts of, not only working locally, but living locally.
So my new company is quite different to most Estate Agencies as I aspire to become the go-to
property person for my clients, regardless of whether they are currently moving. This is essentially to
build relationships and to be of service and to add value to individuals and the local community.
I have partnered with Keller Williams, who provide a great structure and support for my business,
being the largest provider of those services to Estate Agents in the World, to allow me to focus on
the really important thing, which is my relationship with my clients.
I am proud to have cutting edge technology, a vast community across the UK and Worldwide
contacts at my fingertips. I feel that this, partnered with my local knowledge and experience, will
provide a winning formula to the people around me that have an interest in the property market.
My passion is to deliver an exceptional personal experience, to add value by being a resource
available at any time for any property advice and to keep my network informed about the property
market and local community events.
