Description:Job DescriptionThe Training Specialist will develop training content, modify work instructions, and ensure a comprehensive and effective transition during the ERP migration.
Training Material Development
Assist with creating training content for end-users of the ERP which includes but not limited to video, images, and additional training deliverables.
Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights on process changes and improvements in order to ensure these changes are clearly communicated in the training material.
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of online in-person training for multiple locations.
Analyze Existing Work Instructions
Review current ERP work instructions to understand processes and identify areas requiring modification for the new version.
Document Changes
Update and modify existing work instructions to align with the new ERP version, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Ensure Compliance
Verify that modified work instructions comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Testing and Validation
Collaborate with the testing team to validate modified work instructions, ensuring seamless integration with the new ERP system.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
